We’re seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to partner with project teams and work alongside a strong change network, driving impactful change across a dynamic portfolio. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a less mature change environment, requiring a flexible and pragmatic approach.
You’ll lead change efforts across multiple streams, focusing on digital transformation initiatives, including data, cyber, and AI. Reporting to executives, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to shape, implement, and measure change interventions while contributing to the business’s broader change maturity.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage comprehensive change plans across multi-stream projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Identify change impacts, design tailored interventions, and measure their effectiveness to ensure successful outcomes.
- Partner with project teams to craft messaging, design training, and engage stakeholders across the organisation.
- Coach and support line managers and project teams to build change capability and navigate transitions effectively.
- Contribute to the growth of change maturity across the organisation by educating stakeholders on the value of change management.
About You
You’re an accomplished Change Manager with experience leading large-scale, complex transformations. You thrive in less mature change environments, leveraging your pragmatic, outcomes-focused approach to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
Highly regarded skills and experience include:
- Experience working across industries, ideally including heavy industry or less mature environments.
- Proven track record in digital transformations, with experience in data, cyber, or AI being advantageous.
- Consulting experience and/or tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
- Superior interpersonal skills to influence, partner with, and support stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen and a passion for capability-building within change practices.
