Strategy Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the Project & Change team to define, prioritise, and develop strategic projects.
• Engage in strategic planning, including setting deadlines, risk mitigation, delegation, and task prioritisation.

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
• Provide detailed financial reports and budget outlines to Leaders and Executives.

Project Oversight:

• Oversee the development of projects, ensuring efficient task execution by team members.
• Provide insights and reports on strategic tools, delivering comprehensive data narratives across the Team.

Policy and Process Enhancement:

• Draft new strategic policies and improve existing processes.
• Continuously evaluate projects to ensure alignment with company standards, budget management, and adherence to deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in a dynamic Senior Strategy Manager role.
• At least 3+ years spent in Strategy Consulting Houses.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
• High proficiency in data analysis with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Exceptional prioritisation skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities.
